At Sringaarika, we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, we accept returns only if the product is:
- Received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong item delivered
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items purchased on sale or during offers
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
