Eligibility for Return

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
• Returns are applicable only for:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item received

Pickup & Delivery Charges

Please note that pickup and return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be informed to you via email or phone before initiating the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items bought during clearance or special sales
• Used or worn items
